2010 NAFCSC AGM/Convention News

Congratulation to the San Francisco CSC for being who will be hosting the 2010 NAFCSC AGM/Convention from June 6th – 13th.

We send our best wishes on having a great convention and extended to you an open invitation if you require any help in any way the Bramalea will be there for you.

Hotel Accommodations

There are a couple of steps required in ordered to book the Hotel.

Below are the details on the hotel being used as the base of the convention, can we please ask you to send an email Richard McKenna at (sancarlostim@yahoo.com) of the San Francisco club if you reserve a room at the hotel.

The reason is the hotel's do not supply guest lists and names to anybody. This will give Richard idea of the number of people coming to the event that are staying at the hotel. the way you can be kept informed of all the events they are planning for the week

It also allows the San Francisco club to know the number of out of state and country guests numbers when they look into having other events through out the week

Rates, occupancy based on per person in the guestrooms:
Single/Double (1 or 2 per room):	$107.00 per night plus tax
Triple (3 people per room):	$117.00 per night plus tax
Quad (4 people per room):	$127.00 per night plus tax
Tax rate is currently 15.565% Rates include complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel This rate does NOT include breakfast
There are two basic room types at the Holiday Inn Fisherman’s Wharf: Room with one (1) King size bed Room with two (2) double beds A limited amount of rollaway beds are available on a first come first serve basis for $10.00 per night plus tax.
